Brett and Kelly love living in the St. Petersburg area! As a native, Kelly is familiar with the city and has witnessed the tremendous growth and change over the years. Brett has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for over 20 years after relocating from outside Atlanta for college.

Their journey into home design and property management started with a condo that Brett had prior to getting married. By making some minor repairs and updates they were able to rent it, and eventually sell, with ease. Not only have they implemented cost effective ways to add personal touches that make their home more inviting, they have also successfully completed major renovations on multiple rental properties.

After being asked to assist with staging and decorating by strangers and friends alike, they decided to create Flawlessly Furnished. Kelly became a certified home stager and Airbnb designer. Flawlessly Furnished is also a member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association). They are ready and able to assist you with any design or staging needs you may have.
